A two-track demo from a Finnish band, amazing? In the technical department you can depend on any Finnish band to deliver in spades, at least in my experience. Musically it bears a strong resemblance to early Insomnium meets Mors Principium Est with a twist of In Flames. The mix lacks definition, but in the case of a demo that can be excused.
They’re not breaking any new ground, but I think they’d be a great entry level band to give to your little brother to listen to, nothing too offensive with lots of melody and airy keyboards, yet still having all the musical spunk to get your mother upset. Soft enough around the edges to be safe for your little sister as well. But in true Finnish fashion they fuck up their delicious Engrish, what (the fuck) is “Mirrors can’t alternate history” supposed to mean?
